HabiLink is a private, invitation-only introduction network that connects real estate deal sources (wholesalers) with verified investor buyers through structured, admin-reviewed introductions. HabiLink is a technology platform and introduction network only. HABILINK IS NOT A REAL ESTATE BROKER, AGENT, DEALER, OR TRANSACTION FACILITATOR. HabiLink does not represent buyers or sellers, does not provide real estate advice, does not participate in any transaction, and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any deal submission shared through the platform.
HabiLink provides a neutral, passive venue for structured information sharing between verified participants. HabiLink does not verify property titles, ownership, condition, or legal status. HabiLink does not facilitate, negotiate, or participate in any real estate transaction. The platform's role ends at the introduction; all transactions occur outside the HabiLink platform between participants directly.
HabiLink is a private network accessible by invitation only. To use HabiLink, you must receive a valid invitation, be at least 18 years of age, have legal authority to enter into binding contracts, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. HabiLink reserves the right to revoke access at any time at its sole discretion.
Users may not submit deals for properties they do not have the legal right to offer, submit false or misleading property information, engage in any activity that violates the Fair Housing Act, discriminate against any person based on any protected characteristic, solicit or accept referral fees in violation of RESPA, share platform access with unauthorized parties, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
HabiLink is committed to full compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. All users must comply with fair housing laws in all activities on or through the platform. Users whose deal submissions violate fair housing laws will have their access immediately revoked.
THE HABILINK PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Nothing on HabiLink constitutes investment, financial, legal, or real estate advice. Deal Strength Scores and other platform metrics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HABILINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL HABILINK'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
